Refund Policy

  1. Return period:

    We accept returns within 14 days of receiving the item.

  2. Return Procedure:

    *Contact us at crochetbyvictoriausa@gmail.com and provide your order number.

    *Pack the itemin its original packaging and include a copy or the electronic receipt or proof of purchase.

    *Ship the item to the address we will provide upon confirming the return.

  3. Item Condition:

    The item must be unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item is damaged or used.

  4. Refund:

    Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

  5. Exhange:

    If you would like to exhange the item for a different size or color, please contact us and we will assist you with the exhange process.

  6. Custom Orders:

    Custom orders are not eligible for return or exhange.
